Bread

1. 5 cups flour
2. 4 tbsp sugar
3. 1 teaspon salt
4. 1.5 cup warm water
5. 2 tsp yeast
6. 1 egg
7. 4 tbsp butter
8. Mix 10 mins
9. Rest 1 hour or so
10. Make shape rest another 1 hour or so
11. brush egg on top
12. bake 400F 12-14 mins till the color is right
